Ingredients
- Vodka1 oz (30 ml)
- Orange Curaçao0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Pineapple Juice1.5 oz (45 ml)
- Champagne1 oz (30 ml)
How to make it
- Muddle pineapple.
- Shake with vodka, Cointreau, and juice.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Top with champagne.
