- Float Galliano on top.

History
The Harvey Wallbanger is a Screwdriver floated with Galliano, popularized in the 1970s through an aggressive marketing campaign built around a cartoon surfer mascot named Harvey. It became one of the defining — and most kitsch — drinks of the disco era.
