History
Corn 'n' Oil is a classic of Barbados, where dark rum is poured over ice with falernum, lime and a dash of bitters. The name comes from the way the dark, viscous falernum slicks across the rum like oil, and the drink is a fixture of Bajan rum-shop culture.
