Ingredients
- Jamaican Rum1 oz (30 ml)
- Demerara Rum0.75 oz (22.5 ml)
- Overproof Rum0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Lime Juice0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Grapefruit Juice0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Falernum0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Cinnamon Syrup0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Angostura Bitters1 dash
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients with crushed ice.
- Pour into a tiki mug.

History
The Jet Pilot is a complex tiki cocktail derived from Don the Beachcomber's Test Pilot, codified in the 1950s. A blend of multiple rums with grapefruit, lime, cinnamon, falernum and a dash of absinthe, it is among the most prized of the layered 'Beachcomber-style' rum drinks.
