History
The Trinidad Sour was created by Giuseppe González around 2008 and is remarkable for using aromatic bitters — a full ounce and a half of Angostura — as its base 'spirit,' balanced with rye, orgeat and lemon. The audacious recipe became a landmark of the modern cocktail's experimental spirit.
