- Orange Juice1 oz (30 ml)
- Orange Bitters4 dashes
How to make it
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.

History
The Valencia is a bright cocktail of apricot brandy and orange juice with orange bitters, often topped with sparkling wine, appearing in Harry Craddock's 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book. It is named for the Spanish region renowned for its oranges.
