Ingredients
- Grappa1.5 oz (45 ml)
- Lemon Juice0.75 oz (22.5 ml)
- Chamomile Syrup0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Honey Syrup0.25 oz (7.5 ml)
- Egg White1
How to make it
- Dry shake all ingredients without ice to build the foam, then shake again with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe.
