- Dry Vermouth0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Lemon Twist1
How to make it
- Stir vodka and vermouth with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or olive.

History
The Vodka Martini is the mid-20th-century vodka-based descendant of the gin Martini, which rose with vodka's American boom in the 1950s and 60s. Its fame was sealed by Ian Fleming's James Bond, whose 'shaken, not stirred' order made it the very image of cool.
