- Rye Whiskey2 oz (60 ml)
- Sweet Vermouth0.75 oz (22.5 ml)
- Cynar0.5 oz (15 ml)
How to make it
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a coupe.

History
Little Italy was created by Audrey Saunders at Pegu Club in New York in the 2000s. A Manhattan riff that introduces the artichoke amaro Cynar alongside rye and sweet vermouth, it helped bring Italian bitters into the modern American cocktail.
