History
The Pisco Sour is generally credited to American bartender Victor Vaughen Morris, who created it around 1920 at his Morris Bar in Lima, Peru. Pisco is shaken with lime, sugar, egg white and a few drops of bitters; both Peru and Chile claim the grape brandy and the drink as national treasures.
