- Pisco2 oz (60 ml)
- Pineapple Juice1 oz (30 ml)
- Lime Juice0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz (15 ml)
How to make it

History
Pisco Punch was created by Duncan Nicol at the Bank Exchange saloon in San Francisco in the late 1800s and became the city's signature drink. The exact recipe — pisco, pineapple and citrus — was a closely guarded secret, and it was largely lost when Prohibition closed the bar, fueling decades of speculation.
