- Scotch Whisky2 oz (60 ml)
- Sweet Vermouth1 oz (30 ml)
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
How to make it
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a coupe.

History
The Rob Roy was created in 1894 at the Waldorf Hotel in New York to celebrate the premiere of an operetta about the Scottish folk hero Rob Roy MacGregor. Essentially a Manhattan made with Scotch whisky, it honors the drink's Highland namesake.
