Sangria
Spanish wine punch with fruit and brandy.

Ingredients
- Red Wine1 bottle
- Brandy2 oz (60 ml)
- Cointreau1 oz (30 ml)
- Orange Juice4 oz (120 ml)
- Simple Syrup2 oz (60 ml)
How to make it
- Combine all in a pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve over ice.

History
Sangria is a Spanish and Portuguese wine punch with fruit, descended from centuries of spiced and watered wine drunk across the Iberian peninsula. It gained wide fame in the United States after being served at the Spanish pavilion of the 1964 New York World's Fair.
