History
A modern homage to the 20th Century, the 21st Century was devised by bartender Jim Meehan of New York's PDT in the late 2000s. It swaps the original's gin for tequila and trades crème de cacao and Lillet for chocolate liqueur and an absinthe rinse, reimagining a 1930s template through the lens of the agave-spirit era.
