History
The Mexican Firing Squad — tequila, lime, grenadine and bitters — was recorded by the cocktail-hunting writer Charles H. Baker, who encountered it at La Cucaracha bar in Mexico City in the late 1930s. It is one of the earliest documented tequila cocktails in English-language literature.
