A Texas staple: Tequila, lime, and Topo Chico.

- Tequila Blanco2 oz (60 ml)
- Lime Juice0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Sparkling Water4 oz (120 ml)
How to make it
- Build in a glass over ice.
- Top with Topo Chico or high-carbonation mineral water.

History
Ranch Water is a West Texas highball of blanco tequila, lime and Topo Chico mineral water. A longtime regional favorite of the Big Bend country, it broke into the national mainstream in the late 2010s as a light, low-sugar alternative to the Margarita.
