Million Dollar Cocktail
A gin cocktail with sweet vermouth, pineapple, grenadine, and egg white.

Ingredients
- Gin1.5 oz (45 ml)
- Sweet Vermouth0.75 oz (22.5 ml)
- Pineapple Juice0.75 oz (22.5 ml)
- Grenadine0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Egg White1
How to make it
- Dry shake all ingredients.
- Add ice, shake again.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.

History
The Million Dollar Cocktail — gin, vermouth, pineapple and egg white — is credited to bartender Ngiam Tong Boon at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore in the early 1900s, the same bartender behind the Singapore Sling. It appears in the 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book.
