History
The Pink Lady is a Prohibition-era gin sour with applejack, lemon, grenadine and egg white, its frothy pink top making it a fashionable 'ladies' drink' of the 1920s and 30s. Long mocked, it has been reclaimed by modern bartenders as a well-built classic.
