History
The Bramble was created by the influential London bartender Dick Bradsell in the mid-1980s at Fred's Club in Soho. A gin sour served over crushed ice and laced with a drizzle of crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur), it was inspired by Bradsell's childhood blackberry-picking on the Isle of Wight.
