History
The Enzoni is a 2000s creation from Milk & Honey in New York, attributed to bartender Vincenzo 'Enzo' Errico. It crosses a Negroni with a gin sour, adding muddled grapes for a fresh, bittersweet result — its name a nod to both Enzo and the Negroni.
