History
The Mojito is a Cuban classic of rum, lime, sugar, mint and soda whose ancestry traces to the 16th-century 'El Draque,' a medicinal drink named for the English privateer Sir Francis Drake. It found enduring fame at Havana's La Bodeguita del Medio, a haunt of Ernest Hemingway.
