A gin-based tiki cocktail with passion fruit, orgeat, and falernum.

Ingredients
- Gin1.25 oz (37.5 ml)
- Passion Fruit Syrup0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Lemon Juice0.5 oz (15 ml)
- Orgeat Syrup0.25 oz (7.5 ml)
- Velvet Falernum0.25 oz (7.5 ml)
How to make it
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.

History
The Saturn was created by John 'Popo' Galsini, who won the 1967 California Bartenders Guild competition with it. A gin-based tiki drink with passion fruit, falernum, lemon and orgeat, it is one of the rare gin cocktails to earn a place in the tiki canon.
