History
The White Negroni was created by British bartender Wayne Collins in 2001 for a French drinks event, using local ingredients in place of the Italian originals. Gin, the gentian aperitif Suze and Lillet Blanc stand in for Campari and sweet vermouth, yielding a paler, more bracingly bitter take on the Negroni.
